About the pencil, MONGOL #1

Maam'/Sir,

I just want to ask, does MONGOL #1 pencil is considered one factor of not passing the nursing board exam as MONGOL #2 were the required pencil in the exam? I just want to know why, because i mistakenly used MONGOL #1 during the Dec 2011 board exam.
Thanks alot.
