The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 39 out of 52 passed the special Mining Engineer Board Examination given by the board of mining engineering in Baguio City and Cebu City on December 8 to 10 2008.

The members of the Board of Mining Engineering are Cornelio Q. Casido, chairman; Rufino B. Bomasang and Augusto C. Villaluna, members.
